Service

Client agrees not to post, upload to, transmit, distribute, store, create or otherwise publish through the invoicecity.com any of the following
- Any message, data, information, text, code or other material that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable
- Content that may infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party
- Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity
- Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files
- Content that contravenes any applicable laws.

Client is fully responsible for the content they generate. Client is also responsible for the security of their account information.

Fee

Fees and any other charges for the use of Invoicecity.com and for any add-ons are described on the Site. They may change from time to time. Invoicecity.com will inform Client at least 10 days prior to change.

Liability

Invoicecity.com shall not be liable for loss or damage arising from loss of business, revenue or profits, anticipated savings or wasted expense, corruption, destruction or loss of data or video, costs of substitute services of any nature whatsoever, or for any indirect, special or consequential loss whatever including those arising from or occasioned by :-
- any malfunction or defect in the invoicecity.com services or
- any loss (whether of profits or otherwise) or damage caused to the Client as a result of service suspension or termination, interruption or loss of the Invoicecity.com services, howsoever caused or any delays in providing the Invoicecity.com services.

Indemnity

In relation to the Client Content, the Client shall indemnify and hold harmless Invoicecity.com, from and against any and all costs, claims, demands, actions, proceedings, damage, liability, loss or expense arising from any act or omission of the Client.

Copyright and Ownership

All content entered by the Client is copyright of that Client. Invoicecity.com claims no copyrights on client-generated content

All intellectual property of the recommendations, offers, descriptions, schedules, illustrations, software and hardware that have been created by or via Invoicecity.com shall remain with Invoicecity.com.

Invoicecity.com has the right to of use Client’s name as part of Invoicecity.com’s corporate portfolio.

System Maintenance

Invoicecity.com has the right to perform maintenance and upgrade of their respective services. Client has no right to claim any compensation whatsoever for such interruption. Invoicecity.com will notify Client via email on the schedule maintenance that will be performed not later than three (3) days from maintenance date.

Termination & Cancellation

Invoicecity.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time without notice should the Client violate any of the Terms of Service. Invoicecity.com also has discretion to terminate any account for any reason.

Client has the right to cancel their account at any time. Once the account is cancelled all information associated with that account will be permanently deleted.

Invoicecity.com reserves the right to terminate any account at any time and deny future service to anyone for any reason.
