1. Do I need to install any software for it to work?

   You only need your web browser and internet connection to work. This is an online service.

2. What is your payment method?

   Payment method is via credit card processed by Paypal. We can arrange for bank payment as well.

3. Can I set my own template?

   Yes you can.

4. How long is the trial period?

   We do not set the duration. We allow you to create 10 quotation / invoice. After that you may upgrade to a Pro / Business account.

5. Will you PDF the quotation / invoice?

   Yes, we will PDF it so that it is easier for you to email it to your customers.

6. How can I track my unpaid invoices?

   You can set the system to send you reminders of unpaid invoices. You may also set for the system to send automatic reminders to your customers
